About Troy

My experience started in the construction industry 32 years ago where I held positions as a corporate trainer, manufacturing tour guide, architectural representative/consultant and a regional territory manager. My focus was to stay with in the construction field but find a new career path, that being selling the dream of home ownership. I've always liked finding solutions to difficult challenges and working one on one consulting clients. The perfect fit was selling homes, Hunting property and cabins of all shapes and sizes for the last 13 years.

I'm licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin to give my clients more flexibility and buying options when finding that perfect home. I'm also a certified in home staging and repurposing of existing décor, not only do you get a real estate agent, you get an experienced design consultant (two for the price of one).
